Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were amazing, providing a comfortable stay, but the road noise outside made it hard to sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating; however, the absence of the manager was noticeable. The location was very convenient for my trip's purpose, with easy access to shopping and dining options. The dining experience was decent but could improve the timing of breakfast service. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor issues to consider.
The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Stratford station and offers easy access to various attractions. The rooms were a bit worn but still pleasant, lacking air conditioning but equipped with a fan. The service, while friendly, had some communication issues and peculiar moments. The dining options were mediocre, and the facilities were average.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and facing the back, making them quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep. The facilities were great, and everything was clean and tidy. I loved it so much that I ended up extending my stay for an extra night. I will definitely book here again in the future.
The hotel was cozy and the staff was very welcoming, but the noise from outside was quite bothersome. I appreciated the fan in the room, but it was still warm. I found it to be a good value for money stay despite some inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room had a good size with a solid single bed, desk, and hot drink making facilities, although they were not working. The room felt a bit too hot even though the weather wasn't that warm during my visit.
The hotel is in a convenient location very close to Stratford Underground Station, with easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby. The rooms can get a bit warm, but closing the window and using the available fan helps. However, the noise outside can make opening the windows challenging. The dining experience may not meet everyone's expectations, with some aspects needing improvement.
Wow! This hotel was quite a mixed experience for me. The rooms felt quite small and cramped, especially if located towards the street as it could get noisy. However, the price I paid was fair for what I got. The service was really nice, but there were some delays in room cleaning compared to my previous stay in a similar-priced hotel in London. The location is very convenient, especially with the shopping centers nearby. The dining experience was adequate, with both continental and cooked breakfast available. Overall, it was an okay stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The service was super friendly and helpful, but my room experience was not the best due to a broken bed. The location was convenient for public transport access, but the dining options left much to be desired.
